【Tokitarazu’s Special Dashi Frikake Topping】
Our special Frikake topping is originally made with 10 kinds of selected domestic natural ingredients such as Jako (dried young sardines), Oboro Kombu (shredded Kombu kelp), dried bonito powder, dried tuna powder, softly-shredded dried bonito, shredded dried sardine, shredded Nori (dried seaweed), Wakame seaweed from the Sanriku coast, dried red shrimp, and dried Japanese kelp. It doesn’t contain any additive such as chemical condiment, flavor enhancer additive, yeast extract, and food colorant. We recommend you to use it not only as the topping on rice but also as something that gives an accent to your dishes such as salad, pasta, soup, and of course Ochazuke.
